The Mahindra Thar comes in Maharashtra, Rajasthan, and Thar variants that come with a price range of Rs 11.35 lakh to Rs 17.60 lakh (ex-showroom).
Engines Available and Possible Combinations
The Mahindra Thar comes with three engine choices:
- 2.0-litre Turbo-Petrol: It is offered in RWD and 4×4; the availability of manual and automatic forms depends on the selected type of drive.
- 2.2-litre Diesel Engine: Standard specifically for the 4×4 products, can be combined with manual or automatic transmission.
- 1.5-litre Diesel Engine: Applicable only for RWD trim levels that can be had with a manual gearbox only.
