Leapmotor has officially presented the specs of its new electric SUV, the B10, in China. Underpinned by the company’s latest LEAP 3.5 architecture, the B10 is the first Leapmotor model from the new B-Series, designed to take the brand to new markets. The B10 has two electric motor variants, so there is something to suit all expectations of performance. The base model has a 132 kW motor that can push the SUV to a top speed of 160 km/h. Those who want even more power can opt for a 160 kW unit with permanent magnets from Jinghua Lingsheng Power, which takes the top speed to 170 km/h.
Both options employ a single-motor, rear-wheel-drive layout, balancing efficiency and performance. These configurations position the B10 as a versatile electric SUV suitable for urban commuting and long-distance travel.
Impressive Dimensions for a Strong Road Presence
The B10’s dimensions do reflect its bold stance and spacious interior. It measures 4,515 mm in length, 1,885 mm in width, and 1,655 mm in height, riding on a 2,735 mm wheelbase. Depending on the chosen powertrain, the SUV’s curb weight ranges between 1,670 kg and 1,705 kg, ensuring stability and handling precision.

Stellantis partnership is strengthening Leapmotor’s globalization plans. The company will soon produce and sell its LEAPMOTOR EVs in important foreign markets like India. It is reported that initially, the T03 hatchback and C10 electric SUV will enter the Indian market by late 2024 to pave the way for others, such as the B10.
