The luxury grand tourer, Vanquish from British luxury car manufacturer Aston Martin is all set to hit the Indian shores. The company has revealed that it will arrive in India in February 2025, which marks its return after a six-year hiatus. The new Vanquish was first unveiled globally in September 2024 and boasts of a powerful V12 engine that maintains its legacy. However, there would be only a total of 1000 units produced and no clarity on production in India.
The latest Vanquish is bold, yet refined. It is something that stands apart from its predecessor. The front fascia of the car sports sleek oval headlamps and an expansive grille that extends downwards, giving it an aggressive stance. The side profile remains clean and elegant with sculpted lines and muscular haunches that add to the dynamic look of the car. At the rear, Aston Martin takes its inspiration from its past by putting in a characteristic Kamm tail design, differentiating it from the current lot in the brand’s lineup.
High-Tech and Luxurious Cabin
The Vanquish interior reflects Aston Martin’s signature craftsmanship, blending luxury with modern technology. A 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment display takes center stage, complemented by a 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster. The dashboard retains physical buttons for essential functions like gear selection, drive modes, and climate control. Additionally, the car features a premium 15-speaker Bowers & Wilkins surround sound system, ensuring an immersive audio experience.

A Monster Under the Hood
The Vanquish carries an impressive 5.2-liter twin-turbocharged V12 power plant, good for a monstrous 824 bhp and 1,000 Nm of torque. Coupled with this power is the 8-speed ZF automatic gearbox, propelling the force to the rear wheels. Further to this is an electronic rear limited-slip differential (e-diff) which ensures superb handling and stability at high speed.
Best Speed and Performance
Aston Martin has designed the Vanquish to be one of the fastest road cars in its history. The supercar rockets from 0 to 100 kmph in just 3.3 seconds, which is quite blistering. It is also the fastest road-going Aston Martin ever produced with a top speed of 345 kmph.

The Vanquish is a perfect grand tourer for Indian enthusiasts, combining breathtaking performance with luxurious comfort. With its return to the market, Aston Martin is looking to attract supercar lovers who appreciate speed, craftsmanship, and exclusivity. However, given the limited production numbers, securing one may prove to be a challenge for buyers in India.
