India Men’s Cricket Schedule 2025: The year 2025 promises to be exciting with a packed schedule for cricket fans in India. Tournaments like the Champions Trophy, a five-Test series in England, and the Asia Cup mean high-stakes encounters in the year. Alongside the ICC and ACC commitments, India will play 18 T20Is, 10 Tests, and 12 ODIs in bilateral series.
Border-Gavaskar Trophy and England T20Is
India begin 2025 with the final Test of the Border-Gavaskar Trophy against Australia in Sydney. This is India’s last chance at securing a win to keep alive their hopes for a place in the WTC final.
- 5th Test vs Australia, Jan 3-7, Sydney
Immediately after the series against Australia, India plays England at home for five T20Is and three ODIs. These are a warm-up for the Champions Trophy.

During the latter half of 2025, India visits England to play a five-test test series. The Test series presents the beginning of the fourth WTC cycle of India.

Test 4: July 23-27, Manchester
Test-5: July 31st-August 4, Oval
Bangladeshi Series – Aug
India travels to Bangladesh for a bilateral one for the three ODIs, as well as three T20Is. These Tests shall be a good training platform for India before taking place in the Asia Cup, as well as subsequent challenging matches.
October-November: Asia Cup and West Indies Test matches
